Condos are tiny; I make use of vertical real estate as much as I can (see mounting a shelf on a concrete wall). These can be installed on concrete, drywall, or wooden furniture. They reliably hang:

• Keys

• Tools

• Bags

Unmounting them is quite easy, and if done right won't leave any marks on paint.
